TRAVEL SALES INCENTIVE

To create and execute a motivational sales incentive for a telecoms client within their distributor and reseller channels to drive sales and promote the company strategy.

The VIP incentive trip took place at Premium Val d’Isère French resort with guests staying at Chalet Chardon, a luxurious 5* private chalet with ski in / ski out access. FMI undertook full event management including delegate communications and onsite event management. The winners were given personalised ski jackets, sent to all attendees ahead of the trip, as a branded keepsake and memento. FMI organised ski lessons for all abilities, spa treatments, group lunches, group dinners (with private chef for the group at the chalet), VIP nights out and an ice driving activity. Certainly a trip to remember!

Winners were fully engaged for the duration of the trip and motivated by the client’s company strategy, they left with the brand at the forefront of their minds and ready to tackle the next sales incentive!
