For us at FMI, collaboration is a huge part of why we’re so good at what we do. From learning from those around us, be
them clients or team members, we work together and gain insights from others that ultimately help us do what we do, but
better.
We have always built our business offering around three key pillars; brand, incentives and events. But behind these
pillars sit some of the best minds in these sectors that you’ll find. Our team of consultants really have been there and
bought the T-Shirt when it comes to excelling in their respective fields.

If the necessity for us to work from home has taught me anything recently, it’s that I truly enjoy working with my
wonderful colleagues at FMI. Not just because we have fantastic personal relationships, but also because when we all put
our heads together, great things can happen.
Our best ideas often come to us when we least expect them and being able to discuss new concepts or thoughts with
someone who thinks just that bit differently to you opens up a whole new angle that you yourself may never have thought
of.
