Reward & Recognition Programme

How a bespoke reward and recognition programme took sales incentives to the next level

FMI were briefed to create a motivational trade marketing sales incentive to reward the distribution channel for sales of APC by Schneider Electric’s specialist server products. The conceived ‘PowerPoints’ programme rewards distribution sales teams for exceeding their quarterly sales targets of qualifying APC by Schneider products. A custom-made platform was built to enable these high achieving users to save and subsequently redeem their points. The unique element of this programme is that FMI offers a bespoke reward service allowing participants to request virtually any prize they desire. Our in house reward management team directly source and distribute all prizes and having completed over 2,200 transactions at the last count we believe we’re getting quite good at it! It is this element that sets ‘PowerPoints’ apart from the competition. Now in its 8th year, the platform has recently been updated and refreshed to ensure an even more efficient and friendly user experience.
