FMI Agency, and its parent company Neon Agency, are delighted to welcome Edd Shoebridge into the team in the role of senior programmes manager.
Edd will be overseeing programme technology across both agencies, working with clients on engagement and performance improvement programmes to deliver effective employee and channel engagement.
Leveraging his broad programme and project management experience, Edd will largely focus on enhancements to our technology portfolio, ensuring client needs are met through the use of our digital platforms and mobile apps.
Engagement and Operations Director, Clare Bingham said, “I first worked with Edd some 13 years ago and I’m thrilled we are in a position as an agency to be able to invite him into the team to help us further strengthen our technology offering. His methodical approach will provide clients with a safe pair of hands, whilst his technological foresight for future programme requirements will ensure we are always pushing and striving to provide the best solutions possible.”
With strong people skills Edd will be working closely between our development and account teams, ensuring we deliver the best brand engagement solutions every time.
Edd commented, “I know many of the team at FMI from a previous agency and I am excited to be working with them again. Coming from a remote role I can’t wait to get back into an office environment where I can be a part of the buzz. FMI and Neon have a sound technology foundation with some great websites and apps, 2023 will be an exciting year where we get to push the boundaries and provide even better solutions for our clients.”
A warm welcome to Edd into the team, if you have the pleasure of working with him you will no doubt hear about his passion for a real book.
