To create a motivational reward for a telecoms retailer that rewards high achieving colleagues for strong sales performances over a 6 week period.

With a demographic dominated by males aged 21-35 we elected for a luxury fast car experience combined with a VIP tour of Wembley Stadium. Basing everyone at a luxury hotel & spa within an hour of Wembley and arranging dinner at a celebrity restaurant we offered everyone a glimpse into the life of an international footballer.

Delivering the “wow” factor with a fast cars experience

16 supercars worth in excess of £1.5million were available to our winners. 16 winning Store Managers accompanied by their most deserving member of staff partnered and each got to experience 2 of our amazing cars on the pre agreed scenic route to and from Wembley Stadium. Once at Wembley our winners enjoyed a VIP tour which included pitch side and changing room access with the added bonus of a photo taken in the Royal Box holding the FA Cup! (ok so it wasn’t the real one!) An unforgettable experience for all, particularly the football fans!

Dinner and drinks in an exclusive venue topped off a fantastic day for all.

Sales increased by 42% when compared with the benchmark period. 62% of stores sold more handsets than the target they were set.
