How brand engagement agency FMI designed an award winning brand ambassador programme within the mobile UK sector

Having run the annual incentive trip to Las Vegas for 4 years in a row FMI were challenged to create another ‘money can’t buy’ trip for this year’s team of award winning Sony Mobile Ambassadors.

Over the course of the year over 450 ‘hand picked’ Ambassadors buzz with excitement at the prospect of going on the year-end incentive trip to Las Vegas. Throw in a day at CES, the largest consumer electronics exhibition in the gadget show calendar, and the programme will be one to remember. Take in a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon, mix in a high speed NASCAR drive around the Speedway track, top it off with an exclusive VIP night at the best club in Vegas and you may only just feel the adrenaline rush that Sony’s ten hand-picked winners experience throughout their action-packed trip of a lifetime.

Aside from ten very happy and motivated sales staff, the Sony Mobile Ambassador Programme has led the market and driven all other manufacturers to initiate their own programme, complete with incentive trip. The online programme and mobile app receives active content from the audience on a daily basis and has proven to be a massively valuable tool for the brand.
