Distributor Sales Programme

Sony Heroes Sales Incentive

FMI were commissioned to deliver an exciting B2B incentive programme for key hardware distributors, to achieve higher levels of commercial engagement, improve brand awareness and ultimately increase sales volumes.

FMI designed an engaging and aspirational incentive identity that was vibrant, young and fun. The online and offline communications strategy included a dedicated website with leader board, launch packs sent direct to distributors and branded merchandise. The 12 month programme launched with SPIF days, including an in-house summer festival, F1 racing simulator promoting the quarterly reward and smaller on the spot prizes. Our experienced event team delivered quarterly rewards to include a VIP weekend in Monaco, exclusive break to Marbella, luxury London weekend experience, Reading festival VIP tickets and VIP British Grand Prix experience.

The ongoing persistent engagement significantly drove forward and increased sales performance. Quoted as the best incentive we received a great response from those who participated in the programme and who attended each reward.
