FMI partnered with leading mobile manufacturer HONOR to deliver a dynamic and fully branded vendor engagement space within the Vodafone Contact Centre in Stoke. Designed to inspire and educate frontline staff, the HONOR brand room is a standout example of how thoughtful design can elevate product training and employee engagement.

Brand Room Installation – How to become a standout brand?

HONOR sought a physical space that would:

  • Showcase its latest devices in an engaging, hands-on environment.
  • Provide an engaging setting for training Vodafone’s frontline agents.
  • Reflect the brand’s identity while fitting seamlessly into the Vodafone Centre of Excellence.
  • Create a comfortable and relaxing space for Vodafone employees to hang out outside of training

CAD Conceptual Drawings

Building an inclusive, engaging learning environment

FMI managed the project end-to-end from initial CAD concepts to final installation, creating a chill-out zone that blends functionality with brand storytelling. The space was carefully curated to encourage interaction, learning, and relaxation.

Key features include:

  • Tiered bench seating for group training and casual gatherings.
  • Tethered HONOR devices for hands-on exploration.
  • A large TV screen for product demos and presentations.
  • Branded lightboxes and photo frames to reinforce HONOR’s visual identity.
  • Custom branded cushions and stylish built-in storage with integrated foliage, adding warmth and comfort.
  • A layout designed to foster informal learning and product familiarity.

Creating noise around the brand

The HONOR brand room has become a central hub for vendor engagement at Vodafone Stoke, enabling staff to connect with the HONOR product range in a relaxed, immersive setting. It supports ongoing training initiatives and strengthens the relationship between HONOR and Vodafone’s frontline teams.
