FMI help Three UK to celebrate retail successes with Club100
As an agency we are proud to have worked with Three UK for several years, delivering many projects from reward and recognition to incentive travel and celebratory events both in the UK and overseas.
When the Retail team at Three UK were referred to FMI for support with their Club100 employee recognition event we were excited to expand our partnership with them and take on this new project – The Club100 Awards.
Bringing Retail champions together in the city of London
Club100 is a group of outstanding, commercially minded individuals, from across the Three UK network, who continue to raise the bar in retail. Whether that be customer services, sales performance or leadership.
FMI were briefed to find a suitable destination, venue and hotel from which to host the celebratory event, bringing together over 100 winners, sponsors and retail leadership to recognise excellent performance.
Several leading cities we’re explored, including Prague and Dublin, however we selected London as the city of choice due to excellent transport links with attendees traveling from across the UK. As part of the venue finding process, we considered the many London properties and settled on a reputable 4-star hotel with good location to Oxford Street and conferencing facilities.
A thrilling high-energy stage was set
With attendees having checked in, the stage was set for a fun-packed, energised and lively awards dinner and evening of celebrations. Following the drinks reception, and in between their three-course dinner, guests enjoyed entertainment from ‘Duo Eclipse’ a daring roller-skating duo act and a roaming magician.
Throughout the evening guests were recognised and invited on stage to be awarded with glass trophies and goodie bags for their contributions in retail. Celebrations continued with cocktails flowing and music from The Distractions band and DJ, for those who wanted to dance well into the night.
Growing the Club100
The employee awards dinner was a resounding success, with great feedback from both guests and clients alike. And with plans in discussion for what next year’s event might look like, it’s possible that due to its success the Club100 may well grow to become the Club200.
