Group Incentive Travel

Our experience in telecoms means brand engagement agency FMI can deliver above and beyond when it comes to sales incentives!

To create a motivational sales incentive for a telecoms client within a key high street retail partner that rewards colleagues for engaging with their brand and its products whilst also raising awareness of their recent sponsorship of a high profile sporting event.

An 8 week sales incentive that rewarded store performance within designated geographical territories. Stores were measured on both quantity of sales made and performance improvement based upon a comparable sales period. This gave stores of all sizes and locations to be in with a chance of winning. Weekly prize giveaways encouraged constant engagement throughout with the overall reward a trip for 30 to Barcelona. FMI arranged group lunches and dinners at some of Barcelona’s most prestigious restaurants, a guided Segway tour around the Marina and a VIP stadium tour of the Nou Camp, home to Barcelona FC. The tour included pitch side and changing room access with the added bonus of the transfer to the stadium being made on the official team bus! An unforgettable experience for all particularly the football fans!

86% of stores improved upon their sales performance when compared with the comparable period. Winners stated how motivational the incentive had been for them particularly as they worked in a small store and how nice it was to work as a team towards a common goal. Roll on Phase 2!
