The Nomad Foods People Awards programme is a formal employee recognition programme to celebrate the entire Nomad Foods family and the fantastic contributions their people make every day and to share in their successes.
FMI Agency has helped manage the programme for several years, producing programme collateral such as nomination forms, programme guide, posters and recognition cards in both English and European languages. We also support with the quarterly and annual fulfilment of digital rewards.
Creating an engaging hybrid awards event
FMI Agency were tasked to help create a hybrid Peoples Awards event that had maximum impact using digital content , coupled with an in-person event, to showcase all shortlisted nominees.
Hosted from the Nomad Foods Head Office in Bedfont, senior leaders led a live stream with presenters to all markets, sharing their values and delivering recognition to a European wide audience.
This was the second event where FMI Agency supported Nomad Foods with their employee recognition programme, a culmination of a year of nominations to recognise five key values across five annual award categories.
We delivered an upbeat and positive celebration of all shortlisted nominees, captured through an impactful creative style, dynamic short film, voiceover and PowerPoint production and animations. The content reinforced that winners do make a difference, and the powerful presentation held the audience of nearly 900 employees for the duration of the event.
